The Top Down/Bottom up option, available with both corded or cordless operating systems offers unique light control flexibility by providing light above while maintaining privacy below. For larger shades, choose the continuous cord loop for smoother operation. Seamless fabric that provides an uninterrupted look is available for corded shades up to 144 in width, or up to 120 in width for cordless. This product complies with CPSC child safety guidelines. My husband was extremely pleased with how easy they were to install. I loved how easy they were to raise and lower. With a new grandbaby on the way, we liked the concept that there were no cords to struggle with. The fabric is of high quality and as the evening sun sets, we like the fact that it cuts the chill coming from the windows and saves on our energy bill for many years to come. This window is not the same quality and even after tinting the window the sun was very bright . The first window had slim shades. I knew what I was searching for but it took me a while to decide to do the installation ourselves. The samples were the exact match I wanted and the blinds were easy to install . The first panel took about 30 min to gather materials and install. The other three only took about 10 min each . I would have loved to find the site that allowed me to take a picture of my windows and put the blinds in the picture prior to the purchase but I never found the link in your site. I love my windows!!!" The screws that are included are not great; they strip pretty easily especially if driving them into harder wood (even after pre-drilling!); you may want to consider some plain drywall screws which I had much better luck with. Hold-downs were not awesome as they are plasticy...decided not to use them since we want the blinds open most of the time." The color is perfect. My window opening were about 45 inches wide so you have to adjust the blinds on either side when you pull them down so they are straight across. The clear guides help. The stack is pretty small for the 70 inches that I am covering. I have been meaning to order these a very long time and I really like the privacy they provide and the extra touch they give the room." It matches perfect to our woodwork and you can hardly tell its there when it is pulled up! They are semi-transparent; during the day I can see a filtered light. From the streetside they are white; at night you can't see any light pass to the outside. Absolutely wished I hadn't waited 14 years to buy it! My online order had somehow been lost even though I received an email confirmation from Blinds.com that it had been placed. Customer Service did a good job taking care of the situation once I notified them the blind had never arrived. Once it was delivered, I was disappointed to see that Levelor had changed the mechanism inside to plastic. This new shade is very stiff to operate compared to the four Levelor shades I purchased eight months earlier, which do not have internal plastic parts. I wish I had purchased more of them for the rest of the windows in my house before the Accordia was introduced. The Accordia shade looks nice and does its job well; it just is not as pleasant to operate as those I purchased earlier."
