Call Center operations guru and author to share coaching, leadership and customer service tips
April 2012 - Blinds.com, the world’s largest online blinds store, announced that COO Stephen Riddell will be speaking at the Contact Center Conference in Orlando, FL on April 23rd - 26th.
Riddell’s “Lemming or Leader: You Decide” pre-conference session will be an intensive look at how Contact Centers can achieve “Break-Out” results by growing passionate leaders that thrive in a culture of continuous skill development and outstanding customer experience delivery.

Author of the book SELLING GENIUS... Achieving Extraordinary Sales Results with Ordinary People, Riddell draws from his many years building Contact Center infrastructures and coaching teams to help other business leaders grow a network of support, sales and brand advocates inside and outside the office doors.
