Stephen Riddell to Speak on call center leaders at APOE Outsourcing Annual Summit

Call center coaching and skill development to be discussed with Chinese business leaders at APOE Topical Forum on Contact Center

August 2012 - Blinds.com, the world's largest online custom window covering store, announced that COO Stephen Riddell will be presenting at the APOE Topical Forum on Contact Forum in Wahu, China on August 23rd, 2012.

Attendees of Riddell's "Secrets of a World Class Call Center" keynote program will learn about the differences between compliance and competency – and how developing a methodology to increase employee skill development can dramatically improve customer experience.

"Regardless of their geographic location, I encourage business leaders to focus their efforts on the process of continuous improvement," Riddell said. "This practice is universal in its business application and ensures a high performing, satisfied team committed to your organization's success."

In addition to call center best practices and employee skill development strategies, Riddell's presentation will center around a self-discovery coaching technique that helps call center employees evaluate their own performance and areas for improvement in positive and actionable ways.

Riddell is an experienced international speaker on call center skill development with speaking engagements in Brazil, Argentina, Japan, Korea, the UK, India and beyond. He draws from many years of building Contact Center infrastructures and led the Blinds.com Call Center to receive the prestigious 2010 Call Center of the Year for organizations under 200 employees award.
