Account Manager

Somewhere between a lion tamer and a cat herder, is seeking an account manager ringmaster to work magic with our partners. If you are looking for an exciting, entertaining and challenging work environment, you'll love this position working with different corporate partners to create persuasive and engaging online experiences for our shared customers.

We are looking for a talented individual (fire-breathing a plus) to develop and maintain relationships with our partners, including great brands like Wayfair, Sears and more. Through our white-label storefronts, we offer custom window treatments to our partners' customers. You'll lead the charge, creating customer experiences that WOW all who make their way to our big top. The perfect candidate will juggle establishing and developing new relationships...with growing long-term established accounts. With highwire aplomb, you will balance customer experience goals with revenue and margin goals, keeping both in perfect equilibrium. But it's not just about directing the show! We'd rave for someone who could jump into the fray and design landing pages and mock ups, write amazing persuasive copy or code their heart out - as the show must go on!

Expected Performance Acts:

  • Ringmaster all current partnerships with superior communication and project management skills
  • Identify new opportunities with current partners to raise engagement, revenue and margin
  • Dazzle prospective partners, bringing them into the tent
  • Perform feats of partnership magic, getting key priorities done with a smile and elbow grease
  • Coordinate landing page and cross-site content creation
  • Oversee internal resources and deadlines across programming and marketing partner teams
  • Assist in PR, content writing and general marketing as needed

Requirements and Skills:

  • B.A. or B.S.
  • 3+ years experience managing multiple accounts (Agency or In-House), ideally coordinating multiple divisions inside large corporate partners
  • Proven track record of account growth and business development
  • Team player with the ability to handle multiple projects from sale to completion
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Desire to continuously improve yourself and others
  • Willingness to try new things (ever stuffed yourself into a phonebooth?)
