What would you do?

• Create Web content that converts browsers to customers and brand loyalists.
• Support merchandizing, promotions, email, product, public relations and search teams with persuasive, effective writing.
• Support design team by creating HTML pages, including content and simple design, when needed.
• Take it as your personal mission to make ordering blinds online surprisingly easy and exciting.
• Set goals for yourself and strive to attain them.
• Continuously improve yourself and others around you.
• Contribute to the company by providing great ideas and feedback.

What do you need to be armed with?

• An arsenal of words and phrases, used preferably for 4 years in a professional setting.
• Light HTML knowledge required.
• Comfort working in and across numerous platforms on the Web.
• SEO experience or an aptitude for learning.
• Work extremely well collaboratively; take constructive criticism.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Must demonstrate exemplary organizational skills.
• Ability to carry out tasks independently.
• Online portfolio with design and Web examples.
• No pet monkeys (even if they are fast-draws), unless they make good cake.
