Both times I ordered, my blinds were sent faster than estimated and packed with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They are great quality and the swatch I ordered was the exact color of the actual product making it easy to see what it would look like ahead of time. My only complaint is that the video did not specify how to round the measurement on the length of the shade and that one of the shades is too short. I would have returned it as it has the Surefit guarantee, but I have been waiting to get these and need them up, and it does not bother me enough to go through the trouble. Other than that I love them and am satisfied." Having no experience with them, I learned some things the hard way that you may want to consider before making the purchase. I ordered one for my kitchen window. I ordered plain fabric so as not to clash with the texture on the marble backsplash surrounding the window. Unfortunately, the fabric (Wilmington Natural) wrinkles when you raise and lower the shade. To me, it looks unkept. In addition, my window is rather wide. (50 inches). I think the Roman Shade would look best on a smaller or standard window which is around 36 inches. (see picture). The only liner available with the cordless option (which is well worth the money) is the black out liner. This is rather thick when compared to other liners and I think adds bulk to the shade. Customer Service with this company is excellent. Maybe I should have asked the sales representative more questions but I believe the issues I've discovered are ones that you wouldn't expect or even observe until the blind was actually installed. These are all things to consider if your window is like mine." These blinds though have to be mounted on the top front edge of the window molding which is not what I was expecting. They sit very far out from the window due to the lift cord. I also would not order again the lift cord in the back, makes them very hard to open and close. Material is nice and easy to install."
