The popular Bottom Up/Top Down feature is perfect for bathrooms and bedrooms where you want to preserve your view out while maintaining privacy below. Always able to speak to a real person who was pleasant, attentive and helpful.    - When we have had a concern or a blind was damaged or defective, they were quick to resolve the problem.    - Outstanding quality   - Great selection on style and color Cons:   -The blinds aren't wide enough. They do not come close enough to the inside frame of the window.  We send the exact width measurements, but the blinds ALL have 1/4-1/2 inch space on each side of the blinds. This allows daylight and cold/hot air to enter. We know that our friends have installed blinds that fit closer to the window frames.   - We wish there were better coupons and discounts. We have places three large orders and the only discount we got was 10%. The brand we ordered was expensive and only slightly cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot. I like that they let light in even when closed, but you can't see in from the outside. Sometimes I leave them closed all day and it's still plenty of light in my living room. I got the top down bottom up feature which is great! They really "cleaned up" the look of my rooms. Just measure carefully and follow the directions. They were very easy to install. I am very pleased."
