The products are in excellent condition. We ordered them in pre-finished white color to go with the white trims of windows as the sale representative suggested and now they do look beautiful out there. Installation took us about two hours for 4 windows. We had a little problem with mounting, but it was easily corrected. So overall we gave it 4 stars." When we tried to hang the shutters but half of them would not close. The reason appears to be a combination of warpage as well as poor assembly of the hinges with their respective cutouts on the stile.
