I hate snow but like the brightness. Don't pick white if you want any kind of room darkening when it is daylight outside." I did as recommended and ordered all 5 blinds at once and still received 1 blind not the same color as the rest, I emailed customer service about the 1 blind being a different color as the rest and was told a remake is on the way. I recommend anyone ordering for inside mount cellular blinds to be careful if there are any moldings inside as they will impede the blinds fit and mechanics. I ordered for 3 casement windows a total of 5 blinds, 3 for a large casement window with 3 windows in it, the middle fixed with the end windows that open out. The other 2 windows were single casement windows. I ordered cordless top down/bottom up cordless bali 3/8 inch cellular blinds for all 5. I was unable to get cordless for the 2 single windows as they were under the minimum width. I am not that impressed with the top down/bottom up feature. To do it again, I would only get cordless. The material of the blind is not to the quality as I expected of Bali blinds, the ones I got a Penneys are much nicer. The head rail was cut crooked on several of the blinds and my husband had to file them so they would fit and also so they would not scratch or dig up the wood." They are even better than we expected. They offer privacy and views all at once. We also bought some for our music and studio spaces. We love the color and ease in which they slide up or down. The only weird thing is they are all white on the street facing side, so when closed, they look sort of like the windows are covered with white butcher paper. I think they'd be prettier the same color as the blinds. But we still love them." Suffice it to say, the blinds that I received were over-priced (by thousands) and acceptable quality - but nothing special. Last week, I went online and ordered the double cell solitaire blinds from blinds.com. The cost for TWICE as many windows, was less than 1/3 the cost of the previous blinds. Not only that, but the quality was noticeably better. The blinds were delivered in about a week. Installation of the blinds for seven windows took just over an hour and was so painfully simple. The blinds look GREAT and I'm guessing will last a very long time. The fit was perfect (my biggest concern) on every window."
