I didn't need anything fancy as they were just going in guest bedrooms and weren't going to be used daily. I ordered the white to match the white molding around the window and it matches perfect. When the blinds are up, they blend in so well and aren't even noticeable. They still let some light in if used during the day which was fine since they are mostly for privacy at night. Also, they were quite easy to install, and took about 5 min. per window (my husband had no promblems). But the best part of all is Blinds.com! The website made it so easy to find what I wanted, it was on sale, free shipping and they arrived quickly. When one arrived with a small tear in it, they promptly shipped another one at no charge. What great customer service! I will definitely shop here again! And tell everyone I know!" There is nothing to hold them together. These were cheaper than most of the other products available, so I guess you get what you pay for. The mounting was much more difficult than the Graber units I recently installed. Now that they are in, they look and work well - as long as the plastic pieces don't fall off." I was very happy with build quality considering the low price. Everything was exactly as I had hoped, with the exception of the light blocking ability of the fabric. Bali shades come in 3 different light levels from translucent to light blocking. I cross referenced the colour I chose with the Bali website and thought I was getting light blocking shades. As it turns out I got light filtering shades (lets in about 75% of the light). More information on the Blinds.ca website about light level would have been very helpful." When the headrail bends it comes off of the mounting bracket. They probably work okay as an inside mount, but an outside mount allows a little more room for the rail to bend allowing the movement from the bracket."
