Only problem was that it was missing the little center arch part that the rest of it revolves around. Installation was a pain, as most window treatments can be, so I did not want to persue the missing piece because I would only have to take the thing back down." Only problem I encountered was that only 1 of 2 shades was shipped on time; the other shade took 2 phone calls & 3 more weeks to receive. Not sure where the actual problem occured.
