"I've been very happy with this shade. Sheer portion allows in a good amount of light and blackout is a true blackout shade. Very easy installation and smooth operation with the cord pulls. This was a great deal on this type of shade relative to other companies I looked at. One thing to note if you're ordering-- there are three metal horizontal pieces (one each at the top and bottom of the shade and one in the middle where the sheer and black-out portions meet). There was no choice for the colors of these metal bars and the company appears to automatically match them to the fabrics chosen. This meant that we had two bars of one color and one of a second color. This is not what I would have chosen, but ends up looking fine so I didn't return them. If you're ordering you might want to specify so that all three bars are the same color."
