The lady who helped me, Krista, was very knowledgable and very helpful. The sample selection could definitely be improved as some showed available and were not. Others showed as unavailable but were available, which a person could not know. I am overall very pleased with the color, quality, and workmanship. The blinds were very well packed and arrived perfectly as they were supposed to. Every screw and bracket was enclosed. The installation was not quite as simple as some of the reviews stated. My husband is a machinist and toolmaker and very mechanical, but spent a considerable amount of time installing the blinds. In fact, we only did two each evening for 3 nights as they took quite a bit of time to just unpack. The quality of rods and operation of opening and closing is second to none. Also, I was very grateful to Krista for suggesting the "split" opening, as they look more like drapes, opening with half on each side. We ordered the free extensions but did not use them. I felt it made the dustcover too far out from the wall. We, in fact, used a paper cutter to shorten the dustcover ends to fit. I will definitely purchase from this company again when we re-do the first floor of our home."
