A plastic mounting piece on the top broke on installation and cannot be replaced. Blinds.com is sending a new roman shade and has offered great customer service. As for Levolor...well, they leave a lot to be desired." We had our professional, long-time handyman install the shade and much to all of our dismay, the fabric was cut and subsequently hangs crooked. Also, opening and closing the shade is problematic - the mechanics of the pull do not work well and so the shade is left up all the time - which stinks because that's when the crooked-ness of the fabric is most noticeable. Certainly I could return for a refund but am a new mom with two little kids and a full-time job. It's not worth my time to pack it up, return, order a new shade and then have to schedule and pay a handyman AGAIN to install. Next time, we'll order from a more reliable source."
