Ordering was easy, the measuring video was extremely helpful and they are a perfect fit. Shipping was fast also. I love the way the light filters thru the fabric and they look fantastic. I was even happier to find out that my 20 year old brackets from my first blind purchase fit my new head rail so i didn't have to do any drywall repair and painting before putting the new ones up. I opted for the chain and cord opening device and the only thing bad i can say is that i prefer the weighted "handle" to the child safety wall mount kit that came with these blinds so i used mine from my previous blind set. The price for my new blinds was better than i expected but because my head rail was so long i got stuck with the extra UPS surcharge of $70. I will definitely buy from blinds.com again!" My only problem with them was that they dragged a little on the window sill. I trimmed a quarter inch off each blind (very easy with a small square, pencil, and scissors). I would almost suggest that Blinds.com take another eight of an inch off the slats when manufacturing them, except that it is much better to make them a little long (which can be adjusted) rather than too short."
