odd fit on Anderson WindowThe blinds fit perfectly on single window applications but where I have 3 windows side by side they stick out to far from the window allowing light to enter from the sides. It would be very helpful to be able to enter an Anderson window part number and have a suggested configuration. My 3 windows are 3 sections in width covering 7 feet. It just doesn't look very professional.July 17, 2014

Good to their wordI loved my blinds in the living room so much I ordered them for the bedrooms--only problem--I measured wrong on one of the blinds! Oops- no problem the sure-fit guarantee is better than I could have ever hoped for! Totally my mistake and they treated me like a rock star! No guilt- just new blinds and one happy camper! Excellent customer service and SupportService was excellent through out my entire process. Many of my issues were my fault but no one at Blinds gave me any grive or blamed me ounce. Nice LookingThe blinds look very nice. I had to hire a handyman to install them but that is not the fault of Blinds.com. The windows had metal framing. The screws included were not hex screws as described in the video for instillation and that was a little confusing. Bottom line they fit nicely, look good and work well. I plan to order more for our cabin.February 17, 2015
Greatest ExperienceHi. I have never experienced like this with Blinds.com! I made a big mistake and my blind came in very short. This was my mistake of the measurement. I emailed and called to the rep and asked for the replacement at my cost. She said this was under Sure Fit warranty and she gave me the replacement for free. Moreover, she asks me to donate the new blind for people who may need it. I donate it to local school and they were very appreciated! Again, this was my mistake, but you didn't penalize me for it. Thank you and I will recommend your company to anyone! Oh, of course, your produce is easy to install and it is beautiful. I'm very happy!February 10, 2015
Blinds.Com - My ExpoerienceNever installing or replacing blinds before, I got a quote from a local company and had no idea it was going to be that expensive of a process. A friend referred me to Blinds.com and today, I am a customer for life. First (not-foremost) the identical blinds were less than half of the quote I rec'd from another supplier. Yes, their price included install but I spent a total of 4 hours installing 11 blinds. One blind was sent a bit short, I called another on its way. The real test.....I ordered "Light Filtering" blinds for our bedroom thinking they would knock out all the light.....my mistake. They only charged me the upcharge to replace them to the "Privacy Shade." Unbelievable customer service couple with a quality product and great pricing. Really Difficult to Pull DownWe ordered a pair of custom-cut, room-darkening cordless blinds. The base kind produced by Blinds.com, I believe.They were easy to install (though the instructions were not very good), but while they go up just fine, they are very difficult to pull down. I have to use both hands to pull them down with considerable force. My wife cannot do it. The small plastic, center-mounted bracket in the middle comes off when we try that (its mounting is a problem, to be sure -- there is a design flaw there). And lastly, one of the blinds was slightly crumpled at the top, and continues to be even though I raise and lower the blinds each day in the hopes it will straighten out. No luck so far after a month.So I'd say this pair of blinds is very low on the scale of usability. Quite a disappointment, really. I considered returning the one that is slightly crinkled up top but it's such a hassle uninstalling, repackaging, and sending them that I chose not to. It's not a highly noticeable crumpling (unless you happen to be the person installing them, I suppose).May 1, 2014

Great experienceThe 2 inch blinds I ordered look great and at a great price too. Great purchaseStaff are knowledgeable and more than helpful with all kinds of details, i.e., measuring, quality comparison, looking up past orders, custom help, etc. I am happy with all products purcased and would not only recommend them to others but have purchased many additional items over time. Life is good when you can get help from cyberspace. Many brick and mortar stores with live help are helpless and their employees are not only not helpful but are often misleading and innocently direct one to the wrong product or give false information because of a lack of knowledge, an inability of them to say they don't know, poor training, etc. I am happy with blinds. comFebruary 9, 2014
norman woodlore plantation shuttersThe norman woodlore shutter is a timeless window covering that not only looks great but is energy efficient. I installed these in my last home and when I recently moved it was an easy decision for my wife and I to choose this product again. they block the draft in the winter and do an incredible job of keeping the heat out in the summer. After 8 years in my last home, there was no warping, or fading in color. Installation is definitely doable for the average DIY. I have installed both outside mount and inside mount with no issues. Best Customer Service Reps!The staff was very helpful and willing to take measurements on their sample blinds for me. When the first blind didn't work out in a satisfactory way, the customer service rep offered to replace the blind with another one more suited for my situation. The second blind is perfect.
