Here at Blinds.com we try to make things as surprisingly easy and exciting as possible for our customers. One of our customers found herself in a door dilemma in her bathroom, eventually she decided shades would work, she ordered two. After having one set of shades that wouldn’t fit, our customer, Elaine R. got to experience first hand some of our awesome customer service as we fixed the problem immediately.
Here’s What She Had To Say:
When thinking about anything I would change about your products or service I couldn’t think of anything. I did have to call when we received one of the two blinds we ordered because it was a wrong size. BUT the girl that I talked to was wonderful, explained why it probably wasn’t the right size, and took care of it so professionally and with such care that it wasn’t a problem at all. The replacement blind came today and is a perfect fit.

My husband says both blinds were very easy to install and they look great. The products are high quality and we could not be more pleased with the whole purchase.

Attached is a photo of one of the blinds. Our home is over 100 years old. When we bought it one of the lower level small bedrooms was made into a bathroom. The door to one of the closets in that room wouldn’t open all the way because of the placement of the sink cabinet. We needed a place for our cat, Annabelle, to put her litter box. So we took off the door, put in the blind and pull it up just about a foot so Annabelle can use the litter box in private.
