Property Brothers Help Struggling Nashville Homeowners
Samantha and Justin live in the hip neighborhood of East Nashville and had only gotten one lowball offer on their home.
After pointing out some buyer-unfriendly features like a second front door and a bathroom that kids could only access through the main bedroom, Jonathan and Drew recommended that the couple spend $43,000 for the chance to make $50,000 more on the sale.
Entry and Living Room Go From Awkward to Effortless
Jonathan's first order of business was replacing the second front door with a window. This allowed the living room furniture to be pushed back to the wall, and the entry to be turned into an inviting sitting room.
