Blinds.com has won my heart! I ordered woven shades, (after getting a sample) and they came promptly and perfect. The prices is the best around for custom shades. Believe me a searched. When you included everything (shipping, handling, etc) Blinds.com was the very best. Now for the best part. I had a little grandson that wanted to help raise the shade and he just kept pulling. Snap went the string. I emailed the company, explained my situation and asked if I could buy a replacement part. They nicely said they would sent me the part for free. Then a few days later I saw an emailing telling me about my shipment….of a whole new shade!! Wow! Their customer service was great. Megan Jones continued to contact me and let me know updates. Blinds.com is the best in my eyes. Great products and services. NEVER shopping anywhere else!
