Sean Graham to Speak About Call Center Coaching at Contact Center 2013

Phone support management and motivation with self discovery to be discussed with national business leaders at CC Conference.

HOUSTON TX — March 2013 -- Blinds.com, the world´s largest online custom window covering store, announced that Director of Sales Sean Graham will be presenting at the Contact Center Conference Expo in San Diego, California on March 21, 2013.

Attendees of Graham´s "Coaching to Self Discovery" session will learn how to build skills within a call center team. Far too often stagnant performance and compliance take favor over active skill building within a call center team. Graham will teach attendees how to get the most out of coaching opportunities by means of “Self Discovery”.

He will describe coaching techniques that do not focus on telling the representative what they´ve done wrong, but instead use self discovery to reinforce positive behaviors. A focus on building skills makes coaching interactions more valuable and impactful to help drive positive behaviors.
