These components are made from a heavy-duty line of stamped metal and injection-molded plastic, resulting in long-lasting and durable shades. The 6-gauge aluminum alloy slats resist dents and bends due to their spring reaction. All aluminum headrails and bottomrails are made of phosphate treated steel, finished with a vinyl primer and a top layer of polyester-baked coating.
