Blinds.com positive employee culture recognized by Houston Chronicle ‘Houston Top Workplaces’ award

The Houston-based custom window covering e-commerce company ranked #23 in Houston’s top small businesses to work for

November 2012 —Blinds.com, the world's largest online window covering store, has been honored as a Houston’s Top Workplaces award winner by the Houston Chronicle for the third consecutive year.

To identify the top performers out of 1300 Houston-area participating businesses, the Houston Chronicle partnered with Workplace Dynamics, an independent research firm, to solicit feedback directly from over 72,000 employees themselves.

The award identifies companies that engage in employee-centric practices and positive corporate culture building. Blinds.com CEO Jay Steinfeld was awarded the Houston Top Workplaces leadership award in 2010.
