My research allowed me to make the best choice. I was concerned that they would be too much of one color, but they actually look pretty great. I am very pleased with Blinds.com. The light is filtered much better with this one. (It covers a large double bedroom window facing west.) The only thing I had to deal with was that it protruded out farther than the one I had had. Desireing to put my own cornice and panels over it, I had some problem making them go out farther, but was able to solve it." I went on-line and found Blinds.com as well as many others. Blinds.com had the best pricing, offered color swatches, had great instructions for proper measuring, and very explicit explanations as to all the "accessories" and additional features you could add on. This was FAR BETTER than any book in a store, and more information than any sales person in the stores knew! Installation was a breeze. My husband, who is NO kind of handyman got it up correctly, the first time, in under half an hour because of the GREAT and EASY to follow installation instructions!
