Sheerweave sliding panel shades are popular for large windows and walls of glass. These panel tracks are also perfect for patio sliders and sliding doors, or even as a room divider. The solar screen material allows you to keep your view while blocking the glare and much of the harmful UV rays.

The headrail easily installs on brackets mounted to your ceiling or wall. Individual panels are then attached to the traversing mechanism with velcro. Use these panel track shades by themselves, or match them to other sheerweave shades in your windows to give your room a well-coordinated d飯r.

Note: If you choose an opposite stack with a wand control, the wand will be on the opposite side from the stack.

Excellent choiceI ordered several samples first, and that was very helpful. I chose sheerweave in sand dollar. 3 tiers are large and appropriate for my basic slider. Semi-private. Regarding delivery, packaging was impeccable. Instructions were included but not even necessary. Installation was simple. I did it by myself in less than 30 minutes. I like that because the panels are removable, I could actually make my own down the road if I want a change. Highly recommend.May 2, 2013
Good Value Good Visual ImpaceGood visual impact. Large sliding panels, 3 for a patio door. Looks a lot better than the standard vertical blinds. Light filtering only - they won't darken the room. You'll still be able to see what is going on outside (like through a filter) and people may be able to see in at night (blurred) - maybe quite well if you have bright lights in the room. But, I don't think that this will be a problem for most people. Be sure to get a sample first and see for yourself. The installation instructions are BAD. They don't apply to this product but to a similar product. They are incomplete, for example there is no text to accompany one or two of the illustrations and one of the steps doesn't even apply. But, I figured it out so you probably can too. Also, the instructions don't say how high the outside mount brackets should be placed above the floor. You'll have to figure it out yourself. Also, the installation instructions are not sharp and clear - both the ones supplied and the download version.Am I happy with them - yes. I like them and they were worth the (added) installation time. Would I recommend them - yes.March 16, 2007
Sheerweave Panels vs. Vertical Blinds....No match! We were skeptical about ordering these because we've never heard of them before. However, we've had vertical blinds before, and I think that anyone who has ever had them knows how much of a pain they can be. Besides, this isn't 1984. So, we gave it a shot knowing if we didn't like the Sheerweave Panels, we could send them back. As it turns out, they're perfect. They match our Rollershade window blinds, they open and close with very little effort, the installation couldn't have been easier, and best of all, they're NOT vertical blinds. We're very happy with our choice, and everyone that comes over likes them as well.November 15, 2006
Sheerweave Sliding PanelsThe three teer blinds were a little big for our kitchen. I should of went with the five teer but after removing all from the box was too much to return. Directions were very difficult to follow and the valance was not worth the purchase. Valance keeps coming out and falling down when opening and closing the panels. Would recomend the panels for overall look but company needs to work on diretions for easier installation. Would not recommend the valance due to quality and workmenship.September 11, 2007
Loved the SheerweavesPut these up across a double set of sliding doors. ( 4 windows) Took a while to figure out the installation, and then everything went up as planned. We mounted to the ceiling, so it was like an inside mount. It took us two afternoons to get them up, but they look nice and function as we expected. if you want the floor to ceiling look follow the inside mount directions and hang from the ceiling instead of the inside of the window frame or the wall.April 16, 2010
Nice alternatives to vertical blindsI was searching for an alternative to the everyday vertical blinds for the sliding door to my living room. So I did some online shopping and found out about panel blinds. I contacted two other brands that quoted me double the price than the ones I've bought at blinds.com. The panel blinds came and they seem to be of decent quality. I was looking for something sheer that would would let in light and in the same time allowing *some* privacy (if you're looking for a black out, this fabric would not be it, as I can still see the view to my backyard.) The only complaint I have, which I've already anticipated from the other reviews when I was ordering, is the installation instructions. After looking on their website and basically using some common sense figuring out how to put the hardware together, adding the panels was a breeze as the top lining of the panel velcro to the hardware as a finishing touch. All in all, I'm happy with it and it does look really nice in my living room.November 1, 2014
Terrible install guideI ordered the vallence and it came in loose pieces with no install instructions. There were two different brackets with moving pieces and the instructions were just general track installation. It didnt appear like it was even written for these blinds. On top of that the frame was assembled backwards. I ordered the control on the left but the way they made it opposite so it closes into the active section of my sliding doors. Appearance is good, everything else is about as bad as I have ever seen.June 24, 2012
Sliding Panels - welcome to 2013!We replaced our 80's vertical blinds with these panels on our patio sliding doors. They look so sleek and modern, work perfectly. Don't hesitate if the look appeals to you. They are sheer (diffused light) looking out and completely opaque (blocked view) from the outside looking in.September 29, 2013
Love my panelsThe sheerweave panels look sleek, clean easily and keep the room light and airy. I ordered the 5% openess panels, and they do a good job of blocking the sun. I do wish I had ordered them about 1/2" longer. After installation they look a little shorter than I thought they would.April 1, 2008
love theseI do love these. My couch sits right in front of these panels and it is so nice b/c they are protected from the sun yet a ton of light still adds to a low ceiling old dim room.April 2, 2008
The blinds look great and they came without problem. I continue to have difficulty with how they open and close.November 27, 2006
Simple and very nice looking! It was very easy to install than the scary, complicated directions from website. Excellent and smart purchase.December 22, 2010
Nice product but do your homeworkBlinds look nice but ordering options were confusing. Would be nice to have had video or pictorial of opening and controls options for sliding panels. WHat they show are vertical and it didnt make sense. Two wands in the middle is not ideal, a single control that opens a center opening slider panel would have been great. Also when pulling the wand to open the blinds the catch mechanism is cheesy and goes right by the fixed panel so there is no clean stopping point. Even though I have a 3 panel sliding door and my operable door is in the middle I would suggest having all panels collect to one side and have a control at one end.December 30, 2013
Shearweave Panel BlindsInstalled them today, very easy to install, instructions are not that great. Since I already had some experience with putting up blinds it didn't take long to figure out but for a newbie, it might be challenging to figure out. I bought mine without the top valance and they look sleek and modern. There were errors in my order though. I ordered them to open from the middle but the open from right to left and the we had to use other screws to fasten the brackets because the ones that came with the blinds fell right through the holes.July 20, 2008
