These look great from the inside and the colour (toffee) makes them look profesional. Installation was a snap, although I think there's a difference regarding bracket placement between Blinds.com and the instructions that come with the blinds. This wasn't obvious because the instructions only came in one of the blinds I ordered. Regardless, some common sense in bracket placement was all that was needed. From the outside these blinds are white, which was advertised as a feature to make the external appearance uniform - it is uniform, but in retrospect maybe it would have looked better with the same colour external because the white look very much like our previous temporary blinds... oh well. One small annoyance is the clear plastic lift/pulls that ship - my blinds are only 42" wide and 1 lift/pull on the top and 1 on the bottom isn't really stable enough. In regards to ordering from blinds.com, my tracking info still says that none of my items have shipped." They were of very good quality, looked good and are really pretty easy to install. My only complaint is that some of the blinds tend to creep up from the bottom when fully extended. Levelor says that this may go away with use and they also have a fricton clip that can be installed in the movement hardware. I'll install and see how it works when I receive the clips."
