Divider Rail

Divider rails add strength to your shutters, and allow you to operate the top louvers independently from the bottom louvers. Divider rails do not allow you to swing open the top section of a panel separately from the bottom like a horse door. The measurement for the divider rail should be measured from the bottom of the shutter to the center of the divider rail. This position may be altered slightly (up to 2") depending on louver and shutter sizes.
