Will there be any product delays?

We are experiencing longer production times due to COVID-19. We've updated production times listed on all product pages. We keep this information as up-to-date as possible for each window treatment and accessory and are closely monitoring all items. Since our products are custom and made to order, we may encounter issues in production after purchase. If we become aware of a product delay after you purchase your product, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I order samples?

As of now, we are now able to send out samples on a limited selection of our products with hopes of expanding our assortment in the near future. You can view availability on each product page. To ensure the safety of our associates, we have reduced the number of people allowed in our warehouse to ensure appropriate social distancing. This may mean that you may experience slower delivery than normal, and we appreciate your patience.

What are your employees doing?

We are cooperating with best practices and government orders by working remotely. If you're talking to us and hear one of our pup's bark, it's because we're being diligent to ensure the health and safety of our families and communities.

What If I scheduled or want to schedule an In-home appointment for measure and install?

If you have scheduled an in-home appointment for measure and install services or custom shutter services, a service provider should contact you with the status of your appointment. Service providers are also following CDC guidelines and government orders, where applicable. If you feel that you would like to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to help you with that too.

Making a Request

A working email address is required to complete your request online or call 800-394-1769 to speak to a representative if you don't want to provide an email address.

For each request you submit, we'll send a verification email to the email address you provided. This may take up to 72 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You'll have 3 days to verify your email before your request expires. If you don't, you'll have to submit another request.

If you are making a request on behalf of another person, please send your request to privacy@blinds.com and include the following information about you and the person on whose behalf you are making the request: name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. You should also provide proof of your authorization to act on the other person's behalf. We will contact you for additional information once your request has been received.

After we process your request to delete your personal information or to opt out of the sale of your personal information, you may still see advertising regarding our products and services. We may deliver advertising to a general audience or place advertising on websites, mobile applications, and connected device applications that relates to our products and services. For example, if you visit a do-it-yourself website, you may see advertising on that website that promotes our products and services.
