Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be any product delays?

We are experiencing longer production times due to COVID-19. We've updated production times listed on all product pages. We keep this information as up-to-date as possible for each window treatment and accessory and are closely monitoring all items. Since our products are custom and made to order, we may encounter issues in production after purchase. If we become aware of a product delay after you purchase your product, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I order samples?

As of now, we are now able to send out samples on a limited selection of our products with hopes of expanding our assortment in the near future. You can view availability on each product page. To ensure the safety of our associates, we have reduced the number of people allowed in our warehouse to ensure appropriate social distancing. This may mean that you may experience slower delivery than normal, and we appreciate your patience.

What are your employees doing?

We are cooperating with best practices and government orders by working remotely. If you're talking to us and hear one of our pup's bark, it's because we're being diligent to ensure the health and safety of our families and communities.

What If I scheduled or want to schedule an In-home appointment for measure and install?

If you have scheduled an in-home appointment for measure and install services or custom shutter services, a service provider should contact you with the status of your appointment. Service providers are also following CDC guidelines and government orders, where applicable. If you feel that you would like to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to help you with that too.

We have and continue to pull together in times of change and promise to keep our products, online presence and customers updated as we navigate through these new and challenging times.

We Are Here For You

Window Blinds and Shades for Houseboats and RVs

Just like traditional homes, window blinds can be custom-made for boats and RVs.

Shop RV and Boat Blinds and Shades

Why They're Recommended

Like other homeowners, RV and boat dwellers want their decor to look chic and beautiful for their own enjoyment and for entertaining. Here are few things that anyone who owns a mobile home or boat should consider when choosing blinds or shades:

  1. Curtains can incur more dust in mobile homes, and dust from the road or sea air can become easily trapped. Avoid heavy curtains if possible.
  2. Constant lowering to protect from the heat, and raising to see the night sky can wear blinds down more quickly.
  3. Operation in bumpy conditions, whether riding the waves or driving the open road, can lead to further damage.

Blinds allow for total privacy when it's necessary. Most places you'd park and sleep in an RV or boat would provide little, if any, seclusion. Blinds will ensure that you're not woken up by strangers peeking through your windows.

RVs and boats are extremely susceptible to sun damage, as are the people living inside of them. Blinds are a great way to insulate RVs, trap in air conditioning, and block out the sun reflecting off the water into those houseboat windows.
