If you are not completely satisfied, contact our customer service department immediately and we will make every attempt to correct the problem.   • Since everything we sell is custom-made to order, please follow our measuring instructions carefully.
  • We offer our SureFit™ - Guaranteed to Fit! policy on most products. If you made a measuring mistake on a SureFit™ product, notify us within 15 days and get a new blind for free!   • FREE color swatches are available, so please review our color accuracy policy carefully and order samples to make sure you like the color before you buy. Products cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with the color/quality/texture of the material unless you first ordered samples and your product is significantly different from the color sample you received.
  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be honored within 30 days of receipt.
