Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be any product delays?
We are experiencing longer production times due to COVID-19. We've updated production times listed on all product pages. We keep this information as up-to-date as possible for each window treatment and accessory and are closely monitoring all items. Since our products are custom and made to order, we may encounter issues in production after purchase. If we become aware of a product delay after you purchase your product, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Can I order samples?
As of now, we are now able to send out samples on a limited selection of our products with hopes of expanding our assortment in the near future. You can view availability on each product page. To ensure the safety of our associates, we have reduced the number of people allowed in our warehouse to ensure appropriate social distancing. This may mean that you may experience slower delivery than normal, and we appreciate your patience.
What are your employees doing?
We are cooperating with best practices and government orders by working remotely. If you're talking to us and hear one of our pup's bark, it's because we're being diligent to ensure the health and safety of our families and communities.
What If I scheduled or want to schedule an In-home appointment for measure and install?
If you have scheduled an in-home appointment for measure and install services or custom shutter services, a service provider should contact you with the status of your appointment. Service providers are also following CDC guidelines and government orders, where applicable. If you feel that you would like to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to help you with that too.
We have and continue to pull together in times of change and promise to keep our products, online presence and customers updated as we navigate through these new and challenging times.
We Are Here For You

Why choose Venetian blinds?
Some reasons you might want Venetian blinds for your home:
Classic style: They’ve been around for centuries, thanks in large part to their eye-pleasing horizontal lines and neat, controlled appearance
Excellent light control: Their easily-operated slats and lift systems give you control over the light coming into the room
Privacy: When lowered with slats closed, horizontal blinds give you privacy
Range of materials, styles, colors and options: These versatile blinds can be made to match any decorating style
Affordability: Depending on the material and options you choose, Venetian blinds are generally quite affordable
Some reasons you may want to consider other window treatments:
Light leakage: Although horizontal blinds block the majority of light when closed, they will always allow some amount of light into the room; for maximum light blockage, consider blackout window treatments
Insulation: Venetian blinds can help with insulation and energy efficiency, but there are better options if insulation is a primary concern, namely cellular shades
Lift cords: If purchased as is, Venetian blinds come with lift cords that are unsightly and pose a strangulation risk for children and pets; if you’d like a sleeker look or if child safety is a concern, consider upgrading to a cordless product
