This is a natural characteristic of the product and is not covered under warranty.
• Motorized shades are powered by a rechargeable motor, with a typical charge lasting between 3 to 6 months or after approximately 300 up/down cycles. Recharging is simple and convenient. The motor can be controlled using a wand that hangs discreetly to the side of the shade or a multi-channel remote control for easy operation.
