Will there be any product delays?

We are experiencing longer production times due to COVID-19. We've updated production times listed on all product pages. We keep this information as up-to-date as possible for each window treatment and accessory and are closely monitoring all items. Since our products are custom and made to order, we may encounter issues in production after purchase. If we become aware of a product delay after you purchase your product, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I order samples?

As of now, we are now able to send out samples on a limited selection of our products with hopes of expanding our assortment in the near future. You can view availability on each product page. To ensure the safety of our associates, we have reduced the number of people allowed in our warehouse to ensure appropriate social distancing. This may mean that you may experience slower delivery than normal, and we appreciate your patience.

What are your employees doing?

We are cooperating with best practices and government orders by working remotely. If you're talking to us and hear one of our pup's bark, it's because we're being diligent to ensure the health and safety of our families and communities.

What If I scheduled or want to schedule an In-home appointment for measure and install?

If you have scheduled an in-home appointment for measure and install services or custom shutter services, a service provider should contact you with the status of your appointment. Service providers are also following CDC guidelines and government orders, where applicable. If you feel that you would like to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to help you with that too.

These shades are designed with an integrated handle on the bottom rail, which eliminates dangling cords. They are available in two light filtering fabrics, flaxen and sailcloth, both of which come in a simple palette of basic whites and neutrals. Both fabrics are made from 100% woven polyester, which makes them easy to clean and care for—a simple dusting or vacuuming with a soft brush attachment is all you need.

For privacy, hassle-free ease and simple good looks, our Cordless Pleated Shades are the solution you need.

Install Time: 12 - 15 minutes

  • Lift options include our standard cordless lift and a cordless top-down/bottom-up option. Both cordless shades offer a hassle-free solution that eliminates cord tangling.

  • Choose top-down/bottom-up when you want the added option of letting light come in from the top, in addition to from the bottom. Top-down/bottom-up shades feature will uncover the top half of your window.

  • Hold-downs are recommended for shades that will be placed on doors. Hold-downs keep blinds from banging during a door’s opening and closing.

  • Our flaxen fabric provides an added detail with textured linen material.

Child Safety Information:

This product has accessible cords and is not recommended for windows where children or pets may be present.
